- The purpose of this consultation, under a negotiated procedure, is therefore to set up a framework agreement for work to renew long welded rails (LRS).
This consultation is the subject of two lots:
The first lot concerns only the needs of line A of the RER of the RATP network.
Thesecond lot concerns only the needs of line B of the RER of the RATP network.
The works are the subject of a framework agreement with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount. The framework agreement is awarded to several holders giving rise to a reopening of competition each time a need arises. THEThe conditions for reopening competition for subsequent contracts are specified in the "contract framework agreement itself".
