Description: The bi-block concrete crosspieces on the concrete platform have two blocks connected by a metal spacer. Each blochet is equipped with an elastomer (original installation) or a rigid shell (substitution installation) drowned in the platform's wedge. Soles are placed between the slipper or the hull and the crosspiece.
Mostly established in low -radius curves central sections of the RER A and B, the crosspieces on the concrete platform undergo strong constraints which result in a rapid degradation of their components.
This framework agreement concerns the renewal of bi-block crosspieces at the level of several zones (S36V and "Stedef" combined):

• Way 2 of the PK 21627 at 21943. (531 crosspieces)
