Description:
This notice concerns a restricted competition of project management of sketch + level (ESQ +), for the creation of the Cite de la Biere on the Friche Nordlys in Bailleul.
In November 2023, Coeur de Flandre Agglo is designated winner of the appeal for demonstration of interest carried by the Hauts-de-France regionTo accommodate the future regional beer city.
The site retained to set up equipment is the site of the Friche Nordlys located in the city center of Bailleul, in the immediate vicinity of Place Charles de Gaulle, with an area of almost 8,000 m2.
The program provides:
-Des spacesMuseographic (exhibition and associated logistics spaces) of 950 m2 of floor surface as well as a thematic garden of 200 m2
-Spaces of reception of the visitor of 600 m2 of floor surface
-a restaurant/bar and associated technical spaces of 700 m2 of floor surface
-desAnimation areas (multipurpose seminar room, associated didactic workshops and logistics spaces) of 700 m2 of floor surface
-Spaces dedicated to the management of the site of 250 m2 of floor surface
-The redeem of a wall reception of the visitor of 350 m2
-desDedicated to logistics and parking
