Description:
As part of the new national urban renovation program (NPNRU) on the Hauts de Creil, the City of Creil is in particular: - The realization of redevelopment work in a lasting approach and in line with the climatic challenges of today, - the requalification of Public spaces for the district, - the opening up of the neighborhood and the development of the landscape qualities of public spaces. The work will take place concomitantly in 2 districts of the city (district of the mill and district of Cavees). They will focus on: - the VRD (lots 1 and 5) - Lighting Public (lots 2 and 6) - Green spaces (lots 3 and 7) - Sports playgrounds and equipment (lot 4) - Demolition and civil engineering of the Carpeaux underground car park and rue des Carrieres (lot 8) The description of services and their technical specifications are indicated in the notebook Special technical clauses (CCTP).
