Description:
The project is to restore an attractive and tourist life to the remarkable heritage site of the Madonna and its chime, located at Mas Rillier. The work will be carried out in two stages and broken down by zones:
The first time corresponds to the preparatory work already in progress.These works consist in:
- Decline the visitors parking and proceed to the removal of all the parking works
- Place the existing lighting
- Place the public sanitary facilities of the parking lot
- Clean the plants in the spaces requalified from the site allowing the start ofWork on heritage, outside the zone of creation of access staircases from rue de la Ville (service inserted in Lot 2)
- Clean the pedestrian and staircases of the site (plants, earth, aggregates ...)
The second time (object of this consultation) includes in particular:
- The renovationStructural and aesthetic of the Madonna and Carillon
- The redevelopment of the site and the surroundings
- The redefinition of access
