Description:
The purpose of this market is to reposition medical fluids following the replacements of medical ducts of the Redon-Carentoir Intercommunal Chambers. A public market on the same object, notified to its holder in April 2022, had to be terminated in July 2023.Present consultation relates to the unabled services. It is a single public market (no lot). It is a public market in groups in accordance with articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the public procurement code. The firm tranche concerns the restructuring of the main building wingsEast - West - Central (levels R+2 to R+5 partial (CH 500 to 504 - 511 to 514)). The optional tranche n 1 concerns the restructuring of the SSR building - North wing of the R+2 and R+3 levels: Creation of a new electric column, on the north wing of the R+2 and R+3 levels of the SSR building. The holderWill be informed of the decision to strengthen or not the optional tranche at the latest at the reception of the firm tranche. The delay in strengthening or non -strengthening of the optional tranche does not open up for the holder to waiting or dedicated compensation. The public market is treated at pricesGlobal and flat -rate for all the sections set at the act of engagement. All of the work to be carried out are described in the specific technical clauses notebook(CCTP).
