Description:
The work is the purpose of replacing exterior joinery currently in wood and dilapidated PVC with PVC joinery on housing and common areas, aluminum on the two entrance and metal doors for the doors of the boiler room and the TGBT, more efficient energetically. Pursuant to article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, this market will not be allocated because it only concerns one state body. Indeed, the services to be performed within the framework of this public market are not technically dissociable and use the same human and material resources as well as one and the same technicality. This market is an ordinary work market, a global and lump sum -price treaty, the amount of which is fixed in article D1 of the act of engagement. The market runs from its date of notification to the holder, to The duration of the work and until the end of any obligation by resulting (warranty period included). Pursuant to article 18.1.1 of the CCAG works, the preparation period is included within the overall period of market execution. The time for the preparation period is 10 weeks From the date prescribed in the order of starting service for the said period. The period of execution of the work is 6 weeks from the date prescribed in the order of service to start the said period. A premises are compulsory (see article 3-4 of the RC).-.
