- The V1T building located in the meat products sector is dedicated to the Tricerie activity and is under health approval. The cold installation is collective for all the needs of the building. It ensures the production of glycole water (-8 C) for the common areas (passageways and Waste rooms) and the private parts (occupied by different wholesalers). This cold installation dates from 1994 in its majority. It is aging, especially in terms of glycolized water distribution which is made of steel tubes and has undergone several repairs in the past years. The purpose of this consultation aims to secure and perpetuate the distribution and emission installation of cold in the common parts of V1T, to set up insulation valves with the private parts, while ensuring the necessary service (maintenance of temperatures required for food activity and storage). The work to be carried out will relate to: - the replacement of the distribution of glycole water (approximately 900 ml) in all the common areas of the building (premises production, passageways, waste premises) with stainless steel pipes and calorifics by Injection into white isoxal finish. - The replacement of secondary traffic pumps, - the implementation of supervision / GTC for the management of cold production (2 existing GFs preserved), primary and secondary water loops, circulation pumps and 6 atmosphere probes To be replaced, - the replacement of original refrigerations in the row cups on rue des Dechauseurs, rue du Jour and in the waste premises (approximately 24 units), - replacement and creation of counts of each of the private parts (flowmers, start/return probes, calculators, valves, glove fingers available).
