The market, passed according to a mono-attribute adapted procedure, relates to the replacement of the PVC sports soil of the omnisport hall of the Pablo Neruda center. The work is not divided into separate lots. They will be set by applying a global and flat -rate price. Prices are firm for The duration of the market. The deadlines for carrying out the work are as follows: * period of one (1) month from the notification of the market for the preparation of the site, * period of two (2) months from the end of the site preparation phase for the completion of the work, * Period of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of the work for the guarantee of perfect completion * At the expiration of the perfect completion guarantee, will follow a period of 9 months to allow the closing of the administrative and financial file of the market. * The new PVC soil must Be guaranteed 15 years from the date of receipt of the work. The duration of the market runs from its date of notification until the expiration of contractual guarantees and/or the clearance of accounts. As part of this market, the city of Nimes acts as a power adjudicator.
