Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices. The summary of the work for each lot is detailed below: LOT 01 or 02: Scalping and veneering of the play area: -Scalping of the roof plant and removal of fibers currently present; -Deep decompaction of the underlying substrate -Reprofiling of the substrate with addition of sand; -Sodding of the play area by plating; LOT 03: Tufting of the play area: - Tufting of the play area games The estimated work schedule must be based on the following dates: Lot 1 Start of work: around July 13, 2026 Lot 2 Start of work: 2nd week of September according to the match schedule, duration 1 week. Batch 3 Receipt of the work: no later than August 7, 2026 in the case of an award of lot no. 1. Acceptance of the work: no later than 1 week after the September work in the case of an award of lot no. 2
