Description:
Work to replace metal guardrails on the facades of the UFR Santé buildings of the University of Rouen-Normandie, in Rouen, Boulevard Gambetta. This work includes in particular: The dismantling and evacuation without re-use of the structures existing metal structures (railings and sunshades), The removal of existing fixings (anti-corrosion treatment, cowling, etc.), The creation and installation of new metal works in place of the existing ones, including the guardrails and sunshade louvers, The production and installation ex-nihilo of sunshade louvers, on the south-facing glass facades which currently do not have them (amphitheater building and Library), All fixings to the supports (facades, passageways, parapets), The repair of the putty joints between the parapet panels on the roofs of the buildings, The supply and installation of covers on the parapets of the four buildings (currently unprotected), The occasional resumption of spalling on prefabricated concrete facade panels.
