- The purpose of this consultation aims to provide provision, operation and supervision services of a LAN2lan computer network solution to replace the current FON network on behalf of Paris Habitat and its subsidiaries
They cannot be allotted given the fact that the subject of the market does not allow the identification of separate services. Indeed, the expected services cover an interconnected and indivisible system. A separation into lots would induce a risk of rupture of consistency and dilution of responsibilities.
The consultation implies a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 6,000,000 euros HT for the total duration of the market, or 9 years (firm duration of 3 years renewable 2 times of 3 years).
