Description:
The services relate to the supplies, installations and commissioning of 3 boilers, intended to equip the hotel in the department (building located 2 rue Charles de Gaulle in Saint-Etienne) as well as the supply and installation of 2 units of production of green gas in situ, to ensure a perfectAdequacy of the set boilers/burners/green gas production in situ.
The use of competitive dialogue is used because the need consists of an innovative solution (hybrid boiler in terms of combustion + decarbonation proposed through local production of green gas without storage andWithout pressure), competitive dialogue aims to bring out new production processes or a new organizational method in practices.
There is a dialogue with candidates admitted to participate, in order to define or develop solutions likely to answerto the needs of the buyer.
The first "application" phase is the object of the choice of 4 candidates maximum admitted to tender. The Offer file is sent from this stage for the information of candidates. No offer will be accepted during the application phase.
