The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure. This is an ordinary market. No breakdown into batches is planned. Project management will be ensured by the project owner himself. This public contract is concluded from its date of notification until expiry of the perfect completion guarantee period or upon lifting of the last reservation if applicable. The estimated duration for the execution of all services is 4 weeks (excluding the 12-month guarantee of perfect completion), not including a preparation period of 4 weeks.
