- The aquatic center built in 1998 includes curtain walls made up of 457 glazing which need to be replaced and completely renovated, including work in a firm phase and two optional phases. This consultation follows a previous consultation launched in 2024 (file DIB-24-36), declared unsuccessful which concerned repair only of cracked glazing. The contract is broken down into sections: - firm phase: Replacement of all glazing and elements metal curtain walls and addition of a solar film on a glass roof; - optional phase 1: Replacement of insulating panels with tempered enameled glass; - optional phase 2: Creation of openings on the North, South and East facades with opening electric;
