- This framework agreement concerns the repair and installation work of retaining devices on the road network and areas managed by the Department of Var (2 lots): Lot n1: concrete devices, Lot n2: metal and mixed wood-metal devices. new works operations (excluding maintenance), the services, subject of this consultation, may fall under a coordination mission in terms of safety and health of category 2 or 3 within the meaning of the Labor Code. existing, damaged restraints - Compliance of existing restraint devices, in particular following a renewal of the road surface leading to a modification of the configuration - Creation of restraint devices, in particular following a safety diagnosis or within the framework of the annual safety development program - Recovery of as-built data As an indication, information on the execution of previous contracts appears in article 2-3-7 of the consultation regulations (RC)
