Description:
The passing procedure used is the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. It is an ordinary market. The services are divided into 5 lots and lots n 06 and n 07 will be the subject of aseparate consultation. This consultation therefore only relates to lots n 01 to n 05. It includes 2 PSEs, one of which is for lot n 01 and another for lot n 02. This public market is concluded from its date of notification until expiration of the perfect completion warranty periodor the lifting of the last reserve if the reception is accompanied by such reservations. The provisional duration for the execution of all the work is 16 weeks including a 6 -week preparation period for each of the lots by derogation from article 28.1 of the CCAG - Works.
