Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out Lot 1: repair work on the facades of the National Dance Center (CND) in Pantin (93).
These services are broken down as follows:
Site installation, scaffolding and annexed protection devices
Repairing work forFacades on prefabricated concrete elements and induced work, comprising (non-limiting list):
-Fabrication of the factory panel and its handling
-transport and on-site storage
-Menumentation on site, installation, keying of prefabricated elements and any additional implementation of implementation forPerfectly completed
-Opligation to carry out all of the work of his profession, necessary for the complete and perfect completion of the works even if it would not be explicit of some of them at the cctp
Refcades repair work on degraded concrete and workInduits, comprising (non-limiting list):
-Generalized reforation of concrete facings poured in place over 7,555 m2 approximately:
-Hydrodemolition
-misive of cathodical protection by imposed current of steels in concrete
-Reconstitution of coated coats projected by the dry route
-FinitionAt the end mortar colored
-Uniformization of the shade by applying a colored coating
-realcalinization of concrete support at the zero western facade level over 100 m2:
