The market concerns the repair and maintenance work of hydraulic works of the municipalities of Nimes Metropole. These are earthworks, mineral and vegetable comfort, small civilian geniuses, fence, gate and barriers. As part of this consultation, theAgglomeration Community of Nimes Metropole acts as a contracting authority. The contracting authority has decided not to allot the market because the devolution in separate lots may technically make the performance of services technically difficult (in terms of management because they are smallServices that can be very varied in their typicity -terraces, riprap, civil engineering, clearance of rights -of -way, locksmithing ...-). All services will be remunerated by application of unit prices with a really executed quantities. No slices, no phases, no variants.The market is renewable. It is concluded for an initial period whose duration begins on its date of notification and ends on December 31, 2025. This is a framework agreement with orders without an annual minimum amount, and with a maximum annual amount of 250,000 euros HT for the periodinitial, and with a maximum annual amount of 500,000 euros excl.year).
