Description:
The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement without a minimum and with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator.
The services are divided into 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Maintenance and repair on wastewater and rainwater pumps, For a maximum amount of 200,000 euros HT on the total duration of the framework agreement
- Lot 2: Maintenance and repair of drinking water pumps, for a maximum amount of 200,000 euros HT on the total duration of the framework agreement
Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date contract notification, renewable 3 times 1 year
