Description:
This market has passed for the rental (i.e. the supply, installation, timing and removal) of an event structure, event tents and stretch tents. The consultation will give rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement executed as the order of order orders are issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1 , R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. It is broken down into three (3) distinct lots: lot 1: rental of an event structure; Lot 2: Rental of event tents and lot 3: Rental of stretch tents. The framework agreement is concluded for An initial period of execution of one (1) year from 01/11/2025. It is renewable by tacit renewal and per period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewal) which cannot exceed three (3) years. The prices are united and are revisable depending on the conditions listed at the C.C.P.
