Description:
Rental of stages with sound system and backline for the “Béthune Rétro” event The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Services are paid by fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this contract is the rental, transport, assembly, technical operation, dismantling and removal of stages, as well as associated equipment necessary for the organization of the annual Béthune Rétro event, organized by the City of Béthune. The services include: -the provision of stages suitable for outdoor cultural and festive events; -regulatory safety equipment; -the staff qualified for assembly, operation and dismantling; -technical assistance for the duration of the event.
