The contracting authority has decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: This framework agreement is concluded without allotment due to the multiple nature and interdependence of the expected services. In fact, the rental of stage equipment includes essential technical services which cannot be dissociated without compromising the technical and operational coherence of the expected service. The framework agreement aims to guarantee a level of technical and operational quality over the entire duration of the events and/or cultural seasons. The single point of contact facilitates monitoring, coordination, and ensures essential responsiveness in the execution of events and cultural seasons in the event of technical hazards, as well as optimal security.
