Description:
The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from 01/10/2025 and until 09/30/2029. Minimum and maximum HT amount for the total duration of the contract: 80,00.00 euros H.T and 200,00.00 euros H.T (lot 1) and 1,000.00 euros H.T and 20,000.00 euros H.T (lot 2). The framework agreement will be executed by The emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit prices. The prices can be revisable annually (for technicians' interventions) and adjustable annually (for the products mentioned in BPU and catalog prices). No financial guarantee clause provided. For Lot 1, the contract provides for the payment of an advance, with obligation to constitute a guarantee at first request in return. It will not be accepted a personal and united deposit. Payment of services will be made while respecting the overall payment period applicable to the buyer, 30 days
