Description:
The equipment will be used for the departmental road network operated by Aveyron Services # Mobilites (ASM) and for buildings (DBML) of the Department of Aveyron:
ASM North
Single-award framework agreement for purchase order services without minimum amount and with a maximum amount annual fee of 50,000.00 euros excluding tax in accordance with articles R2162-2, R2162-2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is concluded from the date of its notification and will end on November 15, 2026, corresponding to the first execution period.
At the end of this period, it may be tacitly renewed three (3) times, for successive periods of one (1) year each.
ASM West
Single-award framework agreement for purchase order services without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000.00 euros excluding tax in accordance with the articles R2162-2, R2162-2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
