Description:
Mono-attribute framework agreement for order formulas without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000.00 euros excl. Tax in accordance with articles R2162-2, R2162- 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement is concluded from the date of Notification of the contract until June 9, 2026 for the initial period.
On the date of renewal of the contract, the latter may be renewed three (3) times tacitly per period of one year.
