Description:
This consultation concerns the rental service (with purchase option) of modular buildings for the needs of the Paul Maitrot elementary school.
Indeed, within the framework of the rehabilitation work of the Paul Maitrot school group, it is advisable to relocate half of the schoolelementary in modular buildings for a period from September 2025, until the end of the work estimated at December 2026.
During the work the said modular building will be installed in the courtyard of the Paul Maitrot elementary school.
In accordance with the provisions of the articleL2113-10 of the public procurement code This market is not allotted because it does not allow the identification of separate services.to develop an ERP;
-Phase n 2: assembly and installation on site;
-Phase n 3: rental;
-Phase n 4: Removal of the modular (s).
This contract is available in 3 sections:
- Farm range: Basic service for a rental of modular until December 31, 2026;
-Optional n 1: extension of phase n 3 for a maximum period of 6 months ranging from January 1 to July 2, 2027
- optional tranche n 2: activation of the purchase option
