Description:
Under articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the public procurement code, a group of orders was formed between the Dordogne department and the Saad authorized for social assistance. The coordinator of the order group is the Dordogne department. As such he is in charge to sign the markets and notify them. This consultation follows the declaration without follow -up for general interest in redefinition of the need for a first consultation n 2025DPRPRAC003. This consultation is launched according to the procedure of the call for tenders opened in application From articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code It is broken down into 5 lots. Lot 5 services only will be the subject of a fractional framework agreement with maximum order with maximum and without minimum in application of articles R. 2162-2 and following, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code
