Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to rent a modular construction for provisional creche intended to temporarily accommodate the Pom'Cerise creche during the building renovation work.
This equipment considered as an ERP, will have to meet all the standardsIn force defined at the C.C.T.P.
Rental of a modular construction for the use of a provisional creche
The city of Saint-Genis-Laval has the plan to carry out the energy renovation of the Pom 'Cherry creche in the Barolles district, in the immediate vicinity of the Paul Frantz school group.
A marketde Moe was launched in October 2024, the business consultation phase has not yet been initiated for the work.
The project requires the relocation of site activities for the duration of the work. If some cradles may be relocated to other reception structures atSeine of the city's heritage, this was not possible for all 33 cradles of the creche.
This market therefore relates to the relocation of this activity in adapted modular buildings near the existing site. This organization is temporary for an estimated periodoverall approximately 10 months corresponding to the duration of the existing building renovation site.
The execution schedule is tight. Modular buildings will have to be installed and operational at the latest on October 17, 2025 for a move to the activity during the holidaysT...
