Description:
This consultation is launched by the support establishment of the Territorial Hospital Group (GHT) Drôme Ardèche Vercors in accordance with the provisions of article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code. It concerns the Drôme Hospital Center Vivarais. --- Form of contract The contract is a mixed contract (ordinary and framework agreement with purchase orders): A fixed part (DPGF) which concerns the foundation work, VRD, and connection, delivery and installation, rental over 12 months, the withdrawal and restoration of the land. A purchase order framework agreement part (BPU), for the possible extension of the rental beyond the anticipated 12 months, within the meaning of 1° of article L2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code, it is subject to the provisions of articles R2121-8, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the aforementioned code. This framework agreement has no minimum but a maximum of 300,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the duration of the contract.
