As part of the regular organization of events cultural, sporting, ceremonial or festive, the City of Saint-Raphael needs temporary structures (marquees, tents, CTS-type structures) and associated equipment, making it possible to welcome the public in conditions of safety and comfort in compliance with regulations.
Born not having the technical and human resources necessary to implement these installations, the City wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a single specialized service provider, in order to respond in a flexible, rapid and adapted manner to the diversity of events organized throughout the year.
