The contracting authority is responsible for the management of Accor Arena within the framework of a public service delegation agreement in the city of Paris, owner of the Paris-Bercy Omnisports Palace.
The Accor Arena is a building of more than 65,000 m2 which is among the largest world arenas,With a maximum gauge of 20,300 spectators.
In the heart of Paris, it is the only performance hall with such a large capacity, located between the Gare de Lyon and the Parc de Bercy, and which can host large -scale sporting events as well as the greatest international artists.
ThisEquipment offers organizers an extended range of possible configurations. Its versatility and modularity thus allow you to quickly move from one configuration to another to host very different events (shows, sporting events, concerts andConventions) which can range from 8,000 to 20,000 spectators.
The term "holder" designates the company which concludes the market with the contracting authority. In the event of a grouping of economic operators, the holder is represented by his agent.
"Contracting authority" means the Accor Arena,legal person of private law subject to the provisions of the public order code.
