Description:
The Department wishes to resort to a rental management mandate and project management of works within the framework of a public market procedure, only for the management of its assets of goods occupied by third parties and part of the vacant property, in accordance with its obligations as owner. The purpose of this consultation aims to entrust a service provider with the management of the Department's private sector's private domain park: -A rental mandate and administrative management of goods (housing or premises for use other than living in cellars and parking lots) rented to Third parties (excluding official housing) and vacant housing, under management and control of the real estate heritage department. This will be managed within the framework of a collection mandate agreement in accordance with article D1611-7-1 of the general code of local authorities; -a mandate of Contracting authority for the completion of maintenance work in the main property (housing or premises for use other than living in cellars and parking lots) rented to third parties (excluding official housing) and vacant dwellings, under management and control of the real estate heritage department.
