- The purpose of the market is to make the following services: make available to the city of Lille through a rental a automaton meter and sorter of coins and its associated equipment, and the supply of the necessary consumables (with on -site delivery, installation, settings, commissioning); Preventively maintain the provided equipment (preventive maintenance); repair if necessary within a maximum period of 48 hours working hours the equipment provided (curative maintenance); Replace within 48 hours (from reporting to the holder), with no additional cost and by an equivalent model, the equipment provided in the event of impossibility of repair; train municipal agents in charge of the collection of parking meters to the use of the equipment provided; the removal of the equipment at the maturity of the market (displacement included).
