Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to rent, installation, deposit and connection of the end of year illuminations. The descriptions of the services provided for in the market are indicated in the specific clause notebook and the unit price slip (BPU). The framework agreement with minimum andMaximum went under articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. - minimum amount per year: € 100,000 excl. Tax - maximum amount per year: € 150,000 excl.is set at 180 days from the deadline for receiving offers. No variant is authorized. Applicants must present an offer entirely in line with the DCE. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period from 01/11/2025 to 02/04/2026. The framework agreement is tacitly renewedfrom 02/04/2026 until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, will not be able to exceed the01/04/2029.
