Description:
A first consultation was launched with an allotment in 4 lots. At the end of this procedure, only lots 01 and 03 were allocated, lots 02 and 04 were declared without follow -up. This consultation relates only to lots 02 and 04 not provided, and are renamed lots 01 and 02. The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application of articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be allocated to an economic operator. Each batch will be the subject of a framework agreement and the candidates have the possibility of submitting offers for all lots. The framework agreement is concluded For a firm duration of 4 years, from its date of notification.
