Description:
The market consists in renting 52 chalets for the city's annual market.
The services expected as part of the market are as follows: rental, transport, delivery, assembly, electrical connection, commissioning, decoration, maintenance, disassemblyand the repair for the periods of renewal of the contract.
In addition to the 52 chalets provided for at the DPGF, the City reserves the right to rent 35 additional chalets using a BPU.
No decomposition in lots.
It is an ordinary market at mixed prices.
Serviceswill be set by a global and flat-rate price (DPGF) and by application of unit prices (BPU) according to the stipulations of the act of engagement.
The prices are revisable annually.
The market is concluded from 07/08/2025 or its date of notification if it is later for aInitial period of 1 year.
The contract will be tacitly renewed 2 times 1 year, or, a maximum duration of 3 years.
No form of grouping is imposed.
It is prohibited for candidates to present several offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of one or moreGroupings.
The contract provides for the payment of an advance, without obligation to constitute a financial guarantee to benefit from it
