The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of the rental services of cars without a driver and without fuel for the municipality of Epinay-sur-Seine, it is divided into 2 lots distributed as follows:  Lot 1 rental of cars without driver This is a coach rental agreement of 55 new places or Less than 3 years and less than 100,000 km without driver and fuel -free. Coachs will be assigned to transport for the city of Epinay-sur-Seine in short and medium distance of children, adolescents, adults, elderly, sports, associations. Service service: center Municipal technique -, 27 ter rue de l'Yser, 93800 Epinay sur Seine  Lot 2 Saison rental of coach without driver This is a framework agreement relating to the seasonal rental of a bus of 55 seats new or under 3 years and less than 100,000 km without driver and fuel. This coach will be assigned to transport groups for holiday centers in the city of Epinay-sur-Seine and in particular on the Meyronnes holiday center (Alpes de Haute Provence) characterized by use on mountain roads.
