Description:
The services consist in particular in carrying out transport for school outings (schools), extracurricular (leisure centers, youth spaces, etc.), sports (clubs, sports schools, etc.), leisure (associations, CASC, etc.).
Transport is mainly carried out in the island of France, but also towards Trilbardou, Davignac and Plestin Les Greves (City Holiday Centers).
Other services, towards other destinations, in France and in Europe, may be requested by the logistics service.
This framework agreement sets all the conditions for performing services, It is executed as and when the order of order orders issued by the contracting authority.
The consultation is carried out in the form of a Open tender call, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. THE here market is concluded with unit prices. This market is not allocated.
