- As part of this contract, the lessor provides the department with a rental and maintenance service for textile equipment in sixteen colleges in the department and the UPC. The services include: - rental of the stock made available, - restoration to serviceable condition by laundering or cleaning with normal repairs or replacement if necessary, - delivery and periodic removal, - automatic replacement of items rendered unfit for use within the framework of a use normal, - the provision of accessory equipment, in particular containers for the storage of rented items and for the storage of dirty items, - the personalization of clothing in the name of the public community by affixing logos and name labels with the logo of the Department of Alpes de Haute Provence, - traceability of clothing, through the incorporation of specific supports (bar codes or chips), - assistance with laundry management.
