Description:
The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is awarded using the purchasing technique of a framework agreement mixed single-awardee executed via purchase orders and subsequent contracts without minimum and with maximum in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Purchase orders will be drawn up for rents and printing costs. Subsequent contracts will be used for possible additions of machines currently being implemented.
