Description:
Open tender procedure subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The services are divided into 4 lots.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by unit prices and lump sums.
The duration of the contract is specific to each batch (see Art 4.2 of the CCAP):
Lots 1 and 2: 5 years and 1 month
Lots 3 and 4: 6 years and 1 month
The holder has a period of one month from March 1, 2026 to ensure deliveries, installations, put into service for devices.
Execution Services will take place from 01/03/2026 to 31/03/2032
