Description:
Repair of waterproofing and insulation of the accessible roof of the upper courtyard (gymnasium, CDI, boiler room) and the technical roof of the half-board kitchen. Adapted procedure contract (R2123-1 of the public procurement code) single batch of renovation of existing waterproofing complexes including : waterproofing removal and evacuation of slabs on pedestals. Supply and installation of vapor barrier: elastomeric screed with glass veil reinforcement approximately 50 g/m2. Polyurethane foam thermal insulation or equivalent. Waterproofing membrane: two-layer elastomer, installed semi-independently Surface to be treated: 2532.50 m2 Estimated duration: 20 months including 1 month of preparation period, 4 months of work and 12 months of GPA The procedure may give rise to negotiation with the 3 candidates having submitted the most economically advantageous offers on all the criteria. However, the buyer reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of initial offers without negotiation
