- Renovation work of the VOR/DME station in Cayenne The project is to renovate the VOR/DME station located at Cayenne Felix Eboue airport. It consists of a hard building, of external dimensions 7.5m x 6m, housing the electronic berries and their supplies, overlooked by aRadioelectric counterweight 26m in diameter and approximately 3.5m in height on which the antennae network is installed. The station must be renovated, and the VOR/DME replaced by new generation equipment, in order to ensure its sustainability. The current installation dates from 2005 and arrives inend of life.
