Description:
The consultation concerns work to be carried out for the expansion and transformation of the warm-up paddock of the Equestrian Park located avenue de la Dune aux Loups at Touquet Paris Plage. Work involving the careful dismantling of the existing quarry, earthworks for expansion and upgrading, the creation of a sub-rigged fiber sand complex and the installation of handrails, are divided into 2 lots: lot 1 (earthworks, various networks and equestrian flooring) and lot 2 (PVC ropes). Candidates can respond to one or more lots. Possible Additional Services are planned and the study of these PES is obligatory on the grounds of elimination of candidates from the consultation. Visiting the premises is not obligatory but strongly recommended. Negotiations may be carried out with the 3 best-placed candidates for each lot. The duration of the market is 12 months from the date set for the notification of the holder and the execution time is set at 9 weeks (1 week of preparation and 8 weeks of work) it being understood that delivery of the works must take place no later than March 27, 2025. The documents (RICT and PGC) will be transmitted during consultation. Variations are not permitted.
