- The intercommunal union for geothermal energy in Chevilly-Larue, Hay-les-Roses and Villejuif, as owner, and Semhach, as manager of the CHEVILLY-LARUE heat network, HAY-LES-ROSES and VILLEJUIF, have decided to renovate the existing boiler.Villejuif The work aims to adapt the means of production of the boiler room, to optimize distribution equipment and to reorganize the installations. Consequently, the work incorporates the supply, the implementation of all hydraulic, thermal, electric materialsnecessary for the renovation of the Vallee Renard boiler room. The work is scheduled to start in June 2025, with a end date scheduled for October 152025.
