- The Guynemer gymnasium building consists of a ground floor level in which we find the locker rooms, reserves and offices. Upstairs, there is a reception room and the gallery. The gym opens on both levels. This building aged forty yearsis used daily by schools and also by sports associations. The current state of the roof does not allow to wait for the total renovation of the building envisaged within 2 to 5 years. Indeed this has sealing problems. Existing leaksconstitute both a risk for the state of the gymnasium (soil, marking ...) and for users (significant fall risk). Faced with the emergency, the city of Amboise has decided to launch the renovation of the roof as soon as possible, it will be a replacement and in a second step to strengthenThe glued laminated structure.
