Description:
Each batch is the subject of a framework agreement allocated to a single economic operator. Each framework agreement, without minimum amount and with maximum amount, will be settled by unit prices, as purchase orders are issued. The amounts Estimates are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this consultation is to carry out renovation or creation work, with or without opening trenches, sanitation networks, water networks drinking water, various networks and their ancillary works in the SIARCE territory. It should make it possible to optimize the carrying out of so-called recurring work within the limit of 800,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per purchase order, while reducing costs and procedural deadlines. For both lots, minimum capacity levels are required; they are listed in the Consultation Regulations. A holdback is provided for in the contract. It can be replaced by a first-demand guarantee. The contract provides for the payment of an advance, with the obligation to provide a guarantee on first demand. Prices are subject to review annually, according to the conditions of the CCAP
