- The SCS project (Centralized Supervision of Servitudes) plans to renovate over several years the obsolete, heterogeneous and decentralized control-command of servitudes and to improve their usability, availability and maintainability, which involves:
- Common ergonomics of thesystems, homogeneity of HMIs, development standards, etc.;
- The establishment of an IT infrastructure capable of supporting and federating these systems;
- Dealing with the obsolescence of eleven control-command systems of easements of the CESTA and the LMJ;
- The implementationace of a post-renovation MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition)/MCS (Maintenance in Safety Condition) strategy over the lifetime of the systems with the implementation of a Servitudes Integration Platform (PFIS) from the renovation phases.
As part of this project, the market - objet of this consultation - relates to the renovation of the ICS (Industrial Control System) GCFV and SRE of the CEA CESTA (including those of the Laser MegaJoule (LMJ)).
The ICS GCFV ensures the air conditioning of the LMJ building as well as the management of process fluids. Once renovated, the ICS GCFV constiwill kill the GCFV subsystem of the SCS, composed of 5 sub-businesses: nuclear ventilation, conventional ventilation, thermal production, production and management of fluids, compartmentation and smoke extraction.
The ICS SRE ensures the management of the CESTA and LMJ water networks. The renovation... - Documents :
