Description:
A first consultation was launched with an allotment in 17 lots. At the end of this procedure, lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 were allocated; Lot 12 "Locksmith - Metallerie" was declared without follow -up. This consultation relates only to the Lot 12. The passing procedure used is: The open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This lot will be the subject of a market. The execution time specific to each batch is specified in the calendar forecast. This period is within the overall execution period of 13 months (excluding 1 month preparation period). The starting point of each of these periods will be set in service order. A site visit is possible under the conditions of article 6.3 of the consultation regulations. This LOT has a social integration clause which aims to promote the employment of people considered a priority with regard to public employment policies. It will be reserved for the execution of this consultation 140 hours of social integration, as indicated in article 12 of CCAP.
